Institutional Scoring for Bitcoin Treasury and AI Infrastructure Companies

B&T Wealth Edge publishes three independent scoring frameworks for advisors who need to explain Bitcoin-adjacent equities to clients with precision. The Bitcoin Power Score ranks publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies. The NeoCloud Power Score ranks the miners and data center operators building AI and HPC capacity. Macro Edge scores the liquidity backdrop the whole category trades against. All three are free, updated daily from primary sources, and documented openly so a CFP or RIA can show a client exactly where a number came from.

Bitcoin Power Score: ranking Bitcoin treasury companies

The Bitcoin Power Score rates more than fifty publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies on eighteen weighted metrics, including Bitcoin held, percentage of the twenty one million supply, mNAV, leverage, custody arrangement, dilution and yield. The cohort spans dedicated treasury companies such as Strategy, Metaplanet, Strive, Twenty One and The Smarter Web Company alongside operating businesses that hold Bitcoin on the balance sheet.

Two companies with similar Bitcoin holdings can carry very different risk. One may have bought with convertible debt at a premium to net asset value, the other with retained cash. The score exists to separate those two cases in a way an advisor can defend in a client meeting.

NeoCloud Power Score: ranking AI and HPC infrastructure operators

The NeoCloud Power Score ranks twenty three operators building AI and high performance computing capacity, most of them Bitcoin miners converting energized sites to GPU hosting. The cohort includes CoreWeave, IREN, Nebius, Bitdeer, CleanSpark, Hut 8, MARA, TeraWulf, Core Scientific, Cipher Digital, Galaxy Digital and HIVE.

Seven weighted components drive the score: contract and deal quality (25%), energized scale (15%), business model (15%), GPU delivery (10%), GPU scale (10%), operational risk (10%) and utilization (5%). Companies holding NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud certification receive a five point bonus on top. The page also prices what each operator is valued at per megawatt of energized capacity across all uses, alongside a promise multiple showing how far an operator's announced pipeline runs ahead of what it has already built.

Macro Edge: the liquidity regime these companies trade against

Macro Edge scores seven macro inputs daily and resolves them into a single regime signal: Federal Reserve balance sheet liquidity, the Treasury General Account, reverse repo, the ten year yield, VIX, the MOVE index and the dollar index. Every input comes from FRED or another primary feed.

The regime is the context the other two scores sit inside. A high Bitcoin Power Score in a tightening liquidity regime is a different proposition from the same score in an expanding one, and the regime signal is what makes that difference explicit rather than implied.

Built for advisors, not for traders

These frameworks were built by David Astman of Block 21 Capital, drawing on roughly thirty years in capital markets, for the CFPs, RIAs and family offices whose clients are asking about this category faster than the research is arriving. Every methodology is published. Nothing sits behind a paywall and nothing requires an account.
